The ITC Level 3 Award in Forest School First Aid is a 16-hour course, taught over two days. It covers a wide range of knowledge and skills appropriate to adults and children in the outdoors, with an emphasis on Forest School environments. Participants learn how to assess and manage injuries, perform CPR on casualties of all ages, utilise automated external defibrillators (AEDs), and care for a range of common conditions which they may encounter. During this course, participants are also assessed for the OFSTED approved Level 3 Award in Paediatric First Aid, as required for those working in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
